Why This Exists
Most AI advice does not apply to agencies. This does.
When AI tools started gaining real traction, I saw the same pattern across every agency I worked with: owners knew it mattered, but nothing they found online was specific enough to be useful.
The courses out there were built for solopreneurs. The tools were built for developers. None of it applied to pitching, scoping, client management, or delivery workflows. Agencies were left to figure it out alone.
So I started building what I wished had existed when I was running Kaizen. Tested systems. Real tools. A space where agency owners could implement together, with support from someone who has done this work.
That is Augmented Agency. A practical platform where agency owners get the systems, tools, and guidance to make AI work inside their specific business.
